Concerts and recitals will be held in the Sanctuary. We can not host concerts on Sundays due to interference with Sunday Worship Services and Choir Rehearsal. Due to staff availability, we also limit concerts & recitals from outside organizations to one per month (in addition to our Westport Concert Series and Monthly Brown Bag Concert Series). We recommend you request your concert date several months in advance to ensure availability.
Ticketed Concert (with $25+ ticket price): $875, which includes one rehearsal. An extra rehearsal time can be purchased for $75; a maximum of two rehearsals are allowed.
Ticketed Concert (with less than $25 ticket price): $475, which includes one rehearsal. An extra rehearsal time can be purchased for $75; a maximum of two rehearsals are allowed.
Student Recitals: $250 for two hours, which includes one rehearsal. An extra rehearsal time can be purchased for $75; a maximum of two rehearsals are allowed. If you wish to host a reception following your recital, there is and additional $100 Reception Fee (includes use of space only – you provide food/drinks). This must be scheduled when you schedule your performance, in order to assure availability. Student recitals are scheduled Monday-Thursday only.
Unticketed Concert for a non-profit group or benefit concert: contact the church office.
If you require piano tuning, two weeks advance notice is required for a fee of $90.
The kitchen/fellowship area can be reserved for reception use for $175 ($100 for Student Recitals). Receptions must be catered and kitchen use must be scheduled at the time the concert is scheduled. You will be responsible for cleaning up the space after it has been used.
